Terms of Limousine and Car Service
These Terms of Limousine and Car Service ("Service Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC. These Service Terms govern your use of the services ("Services") offered by EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC.
Please review these Service Terms carefully before using the Services. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Service Terms. You are also subject to any additional terms posted on our website ("Site"), located at https://www.eastsidetowncars.com.
If you do not agree to these Service Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Services.
EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC reserves the right to change or supplement these Service Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any change or supplement constitutes your acceptance of the revised Service Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Service Terms regularly.

Pricing and quoted rates
Rates and fees posted on the EastSide Town Car & Limousine website are subject to change without notice, including during holidays or special events.
Once EastSide Town Car & Limousine provides a quote, the quoted price is valid for 90 days from the date the quote is provided, provided the material trip details remain unchanged.
A quoted price is based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Changes to the pickup or destination, date or time, vehicle category, stops, or other trip requirements may result in a revised quote or additional charges.
Prices listed on the EastSide Town Car & Limousine website include gratuity only when the applicable price or page expressly states that gratuity is included. If gratuity is not expressly stated to be included, the listed price does not include gratuity.
Posted hourly rates include all standard fees, taxes, and gratuity.
Charges may be reviewed after completion of the service to correct mathematical errors or reflect tolls, waiting time, additional stops, requested trip changes, and other charges authorized under these Service Terms.
Additional charges
Changes made to your trip after pickup may result in additional charges. Before proceeding with a requested change, obtain an updated price from the driver or the office.
A $10 late-night fee applies to services provided from 10:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Depending on the applicable service and pricing method, tolls, waiting time, additional stops, requested trip changes, and other charges authorized under these Service Terms may increase the final amount charged unless the applicable listed or quoted price expressly states that those charges are included.
Additional charges incurred during the trip may be charged to the credit card on file after completion of the service.
Gratuity
A mandatory gratuity of 20% applies to all vehicle categories.
The gratuity is added to the listed or quoted price unless the applicable website page or quote expressly states that gratuity is included.
Posted hourly rates include gratuity. No additional mandatory gratuity will be added to a posted hourly rate. Customers may voluntarily provide an additional gratuity if they choose.
Waiting time
EastSide Town Car & Limousine does not charge waiting time for airport pickups, including waiting caused by flight delays, early arrivals, or baggage delivery.
For all non-airport pickups, the first 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time are complimentary. If the passenger is not ready after the complimentary period, waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle.
Time spent waiting at additional stops is also charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate for the reserved vehicle.
Additional stops
Fares quoted online do not include additional stops made during the trip.
Unless specifically discussed at the time of reservation, fares quoted by a reservation representative over the phone also do not include additional stops.
Charges for additional stops are calculated based on the distance added by deviating from the route between the original pickup location and destination.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received within the applicable cancellation period below:
- Sedan, mid-size SUV, and full-size SUV: at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time;
- Mid-size van and full-size van: at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time; and
- Stretch limousine, party bus, and executive coach bus: at least seven days before the scheduled pickup time.
If a reservation is canceled after the applicable cancellation deadline, the customer will be charged 100% of the confirmed reservation amount.

No-shows
If EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC is unable to contact the passenger or the designated contact person within 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time using the contact information provided with the reservation, the trip may be treated as a no-show and the pickup may be discontinued.
The 30-minute no-show period applies unless an airport pickup circumstance is covered by the airport waiting-time policy above. Flight delays, early arrivals, and baggage delays do not, by themselves, constitute a no-show.
A reservation determined to be a no-show will be charged 100% of the confirmed reservation amount.
Reservation changes
To request a change to your reservation, please reply directly to your existing reservation confirmation and include all requested changes.
For same-day changes, please call us at (206) 853-6146 so we can determine whether the requested change can be accommodated.
Credit card policy
For reservations paid by credit card, the credit card on file will be charged 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Additional charges authorized under these Service Terms and incurred during the trip may be charged to the credit card on file after completion of the service.
Affiliate service providers
EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC may, at its discretion, use affiliated transportation providers to provide limousine and ground transportation services requested by its customers.
Lost or damaged items
EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or left in a vehicle.
We make reasonable efforts to locate property left in our vehicles. Found items are retained for 30 days.
If you believe an item is missing or may have been left in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible.
Exclusions and limitations of liability
EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for delays, missed flights, abandoned plans, or other losses caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control. Such circumstances may include acts of God or nature, acts of terrorism, severe weather, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents not caused by EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC, flight delays, airport disruptions, and government actions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC will not be liable for consequential, exemplary, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Services, even if EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC has been advised that such damages may occur.
Except for the claims and liabilities excluded from this limitation below, EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC’s total liability for a claim arising from or relating to the Services will be limited to the customer’s direct, actual damages and will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
The exclusions and limitation of liability in this section apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentation, indemnity, or another legal or equitable theory, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Gross negligence;
- Willful or intentional misconduct;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Bodily injury or death to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited;
- Damage to tangible personal property to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited; or
- Any other liability that applicable law does not permit EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC to exclude or limit.
The limitations and exclusions in this section are intended to allocate risk between EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC and the customer and will be enforced only to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and venue
These Service Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Service Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to Washington’s conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to applicable law, any legal action arising from or relating to these Service Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in a state court located in King County, Washington, or in the federal court having jurisdiction over King County, Washington. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
A party may bring an eligible claim in a small claims court located in King County, Washington, instead of another court identified in this section.
If a court determines that the exclusive-venue requirement in this section is unenforceable with respect to a particular claim, that claim may be brought in another court of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law.
General provisions
These Service Terms, together with any other operating rules or terms posted on the Site, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC concerning the Services. They supersede all previous written or oral agreements between you and EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC concerning the Services.
No action or inaction by EastSide Town Car & Limousine, LLC will be construed as a waiver of these Service Terms or any provision of these Service Terms.
If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision of these Service Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
