How do I make a town car or limousine reservation?
You can make a reservation on-line using our secure reservation form or by calling us at (206) 853-6146.
You can make your reservations at any time. If you are making your reservations online, it must be 24 hours
before the scheduled pick up time.

Will I receive a confirmation of my reservation?
If you use our online reservation to book your town car or limousine rental, you will receive an email
confirmation shortly after your reservation. In the event you do not receive it, please call us at (206) 853-6146.

How can I change my reservation?
Please call us at (206) 853-6146 at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick up to make changes to your trip.
Changes via email must be submitted 24 hours in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 12 hours advance notice for canceling a town car or limousine reservation. To avoid being charged
you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before service time by calling us at (206) 853-6146.

  • Phone cancellation 12 hours prior (Only Mon-Fri 10am-8pm)
  • E-mail your cancellation 24 hours prior
  • Fax your cancellation 24 hours prior

Is it safe to give my credit card details online?
All transactions on our web site take place on a secure server using SSL encryption technology to ensure
a high level of security when you enter your personal and payment details. To verify that you are shopping
in a secure environment, a padlock will appear in your browser.

When will you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will not be charged until the day of the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for
relatives or friends of the traveler.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation - "No Show"?
ALL no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must call (206) 853-6146 in the event
your plans or flight have been changed. (Our customers are privileged to complimentary 60 minute waiting time for aiport pickups and 15 minute waiting time for point pickups.
Some limitations apply.)

Will I be charged for waiting time?
Our customers are privileged to free 30 minutes waiting time (some limitations apply). Our operators check all flights
ETA's for delays or earlier arrivals.

How do I find my driver?
We recommend that you call us immediately after landing to confirm your arrival. After you pick up your
luggage, please call us once more to notify us that you are ready to picked up. Our driver will be ready at
curb side shortly. In the event that you do not see your driver, please call us and our dispatchers will contact the driver and help you to locate each other.

In addition, we offer our "meet and greet" service which will ease your airport travel. Your uniformed driver
will be waiting at luggage claim with a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him.
The cost of our "meet and greet" service is $20.
